 Milling Center Positions
Ragle Dental Laboratory will be starting a Midwest Dental Milling Center to
be located in Champaign, Illinois. We are interested in hiring (1) full-time
CNC operator and two (2) additional full-time positions. We are currently renovating
space to accept four (4) Haas VF-2 machines.

These machines will be used to mill dental models. (See
photo.) Ragle Dental
Lab will be the first milling center for dental laboratories that are located
in the Midwest.
The operation will start with two (2) CNC machines running three (3) shifts 24/6.
This will require at least three (3) full-time personnel. We intend to hire one
(1) full-time CNC operator (one year min. experience) while filling the
other two (2) full-time positions without the need for the same qualifications.
The CNC operator will fill one shift of his/her choice (see
our Shifts chart) and oversee the operation.
This person also will assist in the hiring and management of the other
two positions.
 Travel
will be required for initial training, which will take place in Carlstadt, N.J.,
for up to ten (10) days. After successfully training, and installation of
the machines in Champaign, a CNC operator from the company will be at our facility
to assist us in testing and achieving full production, which we hope to
accomplish by late March. We expect our renovated space to be ready by late February
and all training to have taken place prior to that. Tooling, materials and work
benches also will need to be ordered prior to the space becoming available
and the machines being delivered.

Dental Laboratory Technician
Creative, Artistic, Productive and Loyal professional needed to fill a full
time Dental Technician position at Ragle Dental Laboratory Inc. in
Champaign.
Dental experience is an added plus.
The Dental Technician position requires sitting at a technicians work bench
and working with your hands for 10 hours a day M thru Th or as needed. The use
of small instruments, hot materials and following safety guidelines is required.
The main focus will be helping out in the denture department.
We work on a team and assign production requirements to each team member. You
will be paid based on these production requirements through our Flex-payment
structure. Increases are given based on the quality of your work and the
production level you are able to obtain. A persons salary can be increased at
anytime based on their performance and initiative. The position offers full time
benefits which include vacation, sick, holiday, retirement, medical coverage,
and long term disability.
