30 years! Celebrating 30 years of hard work and success would
not be complete without hosting an education afternoon
for our customers. Dentists and the entire dental team are
invited. You can earn up to 6 CE credits depending on how
many sessions you pick.
Please fill out the registration form and return to Ragle
Dental Laboratory by May 20, 2009. Registration fee is $100 per attendee.

Dr. Barry R. Franzen
Dr. Franzen is a 1982 graduate
of the Marquette University School of Dentistry
in Milwaukee, WI. He completed a three year post-doctoral program at
the University
of Missouri at Kansas City and Truman Medical Center in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial
Prosthodontics. Dr. Franzen’s private practice
is in Milwaukee, WI. He
has lectured extensively throughout the United States for the past
15 years
on the subject of implant dentistry. |

Tom Lewis is a graduate
of Riverside City College’s
Dental Laboratory Technician
Program. Tom has owned and worked in the field and is a Certified Dental Technician
of 30 years, He is currently
the Product Manager for the Americas at Zimmer
Dental. |

Nathan Courtney
Mr. Courtney is a clinical
representative and educator for Ivoclar Vivadent. |

Barry Diener
Barry Diener graduated Indiana University in 2003 with a management degree.
Barry has worked chairside and labside CAD/CAM applications for Patterson Dental
for 3 years prior to his current position as Territory Manager for Sirona inLab. |

Bob Pendry
Bob Pendry is the Region Director for Cadent/iTero for Middle America. He has
worked for Cadent since September 2007 and prior to, sold and supported the use
of dental implants for 15 years. He has an extensive practical knowledge of dentistry
and the dental laboratory process. |

Keith Ness
Keith Ness is a Technical Sales Representative for Vident. Keith has been in
the Dental business for 38 years as a Sales and Technical Rep for Ney, Jelenko,
Heraeus and Vident. Keith currently lives in the Chicago area and covers Illinois
and Indiana. |

Abi Dickerson
Abi Dickerson is a 2000 graduate of Indiana University. Abi has been working
in sales for over 9 years currently as Senior Territory Manager for Sunstar Americas. |

Kennedy Hawxhurst,
CDT
Mr. Hawxhurst is a technical representative and educator for Ivoclar Vivadent;
a former laboratory manager and owner and also currently serves as a faculty
member at the Midwest Institute of CadCAM Dentistry. |

Steve Kirchheimer
A native of New York City, Steve graduated 1969 from New York Institute of Technology
with a BS degree in Business. He joined Dentsply/Trubyte in Sept 1971 and currently
is the Senior District Manager for Dentsply Prosthetics in Illinois. |

Nancy Warady
Nancy Warady is the Senior Vice President of Client Development for Captek.
Nancy has been in the dental laboratory industry since 1985 as dental technician,
laboratory sales representative and general manager for a dental laboratory.
In addition she worked for an international cad cam implant company for 8 years. |
